Makom: The Center for Mindfulness
Come Sit in Peace and Quiet
in the beautifuly designed contemplation space for Makom on the seventh floor of the Samuel Priest Rose building. Oval in shape to symbolize continuity and connection, Makom holds programs in instructed meditation and support, as well as workshops and classes related to issues of spirituality. Open time will be available throughout each day for those who wish to meditate or sit quietly on their own.
