WELLNESS PROGRAMS

The JCC Health Club believes that true fitness is more than just going to the gym. We are committed to providing you with a more holistic approach through our wellness programs that are designed to help you achieve optimal, all-around health. From meditation, healthy cooking to drum circle, organization classes to reiki, the JCC Health Club offers unparalleled classes for adults of all ages. Unlike any other club in the city, Registered Programs — led by innovators in the fitness and wellness industry — are available to both members and nonmembers for a fee, with a discounted rate for members.
