Looking for some meaningful volunteer work this summer? Join the JCC summer tutoring program! The program meets on Tues, Wed, and Thurs mornings from July 9th through August 8th. It takes place at one of our partner schools on the Upper West Side. Volunteer tutors are matched one-on-one with first or second grade students. The summer program focuses on developing basic math and literacy skills- no tutoring experience is necessary.Please note: Tutors must be at least 14 years old. Volunteers can tutor one, two, or three days a week. Mandatory orientation sessions will be held in June.
