This accelerated and intensive two-hour class will allow serious students of the martial arts to focus on the techniques required to achieve black belt, teacher certification, and higher levels of proficiency. Introduction to Tai Chi Ch'uan
Tai chi maybe described as "meditation in motion." This mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has many values such as increasing energy, reducing stress and improving your general health. You can get started no matter what age you are or what physical condition you are in. T'ai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise and the movements are gentle on your body and joints. Sifu Edgar Kelen has been teaching T’ai Chi since 1997. He designed a successful program that combines T'ai Chi/Chi Kung forms together, which makes for a great full body work out.
