The Michelle C. Feig Nutrition Program was created to serve as a resource to help sort through the myriad nutritional information and options out there. Nutrition experts offer educational and experiential opportunities for individuals and families to become more informed about their food choices through lectures, webinars, and healthy cooking classes.

The Doctor Is In Once a month on Tuesday evenings from 7-8 pm, JCC Manhattan collaborates exclusively with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital's top neurologists and brain health specialists to bring you the most up to date information and answer your questions on the medical conditions that affect the health of your brain, nervous system, and spine.
